Dispute Resolution (Litigation & ADR) is the most common practice area for law firms in Nigeria, and the role of young lawyers in in sustaining the status quo cannot be over-emphasized. Litigation, in particular, is reputedly stressful and deadline-driven. Young wigs have complained of burnout and it seems many are opting out of the reward for conquering litigation – partnership and SAN-ship.

This is a survey to sample the interest of young lawyers in Dispute Resolution Practice, particularly litigation, to enable us make data-driven analysis with respect to the subject matter. Please fill according.
