NBA-YLF Announces Qualifying Teams for Arbitration Challenge’s Oral Rounds

We thank the participating teams for their participation in the NBA-YLF’s maiden edition of the Arbitration Challenge.
We acknowledge that the Dispute Scenario was tasking and the entries by all teams vying for the limited slots in the virtual oral rounds were very competitive. The participating teams’ writing skills, as envisaged in their submitted memoranda, were assessed by leading arbitration practitioners.
Following the conclusion of the assessment of submitted memoranda, we are pleased to announce the following teams (in no particular order) will be proceeding to the virtual oral rounds:

The successful teams will participate in the next phase of the challenge – virtual regional rounds, and thereafter, semi final rounds scheduled to hold on April 29 and 30, 2021 respectively, where participants will be tested on their oral advocacy skills by leading arbitration experts.
The Oral finals of the Arbitration Challenge shall be held on the May 15, 2021.
