The Nigerian Senate has confirmed the nomination of members for the board of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC).

Senator Gabriel Suswam moves that the Senate do receive and consider the report of the Committee on Power on the Confirmation of the Nominations for Appointment as Chairman, Vice Chairman and Commissioner for the Nigeria Electricity Regulatory Commission, NERC.

The nomination of Engineer Sanusi Garba is confirmed as Chairman of the Nigeria Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC).

The nomination of Dr. Musiliu Olalekan Oseni is confirmed as Vice Chairman of the Nigeria Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC).

The nomination of Aisha Mahmud is confirmed as Commissioner of the Nigeria Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC).
