BREAKING: Court Grants Former CBN Governor, Godwin Emefiele Permission to Travel Outside Abuja
The Federal Capital Territory High Court has granted the request of a former Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria, Godwin Emefiele to travel out of Abuja.
The Court, however, said Emefiele must remain in the country.
In his bail term, he was restricted to the FCT.
Emefiele through his lawyer, Matthew Bukka, had requested for a variation of the terms.
