The National Industrial Court of Nigeria will embark on its annual Christmas and New Year vacation, starting from Thursday, December 19, 2024, to Monday, January 6, 2025. This declaration was made by the Honourable President, Hon. Justice B.B. Kanyip, PhD, OFR, FNIALS, FCTI, FCArb, bpa, in accordance with Order 58 Rule 4 (1) (c) of the National Industrial Court of Nigeria (Civil Procedure) Rules, 2017.
Vacation Details
* Duration: Thursday, December 19, 2024, to Monday, January 6, 2025
* No Court Sittings: During the vacation period, there will be no court sittings
* Resumption: Normal court sittings will resume on Tuesday, January 7, 2025
This vacation notice is in line with the court’s annual tradition, allowing staff and judges to take a well-deserved break during the festive season. The National Industrial Court of Nigeria will reopen its doors on January 7, 2025, ready to tackle new cases and continue providing justice to Nigerians.
